Each page has its own default sections and settings. The Items template located in the Cart page controls settings for the cart page.

Set up the Cart page
Steps to open up the cart template:
- In your Shopify admin dashboard, go to Online Store > Themes.
- Find Elevated and click on the Customize button.
- Click on the arrow down next to Home page↓and select Cart.
- Click on Items, which is a section specific to the Cart page. Currently, you can customize the Top and Bottom padding. Use the range slider to add between 0px and 100px of space above or below the cart items.
